How to remove connected accounts, your organisation or specific data, and what happens when you do.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

A connected social account

  1. Sign in and open Social accounts.
  2. Choose the Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X or Google account.
  3. Click Disconnect.

The access token is deleted immediately, queued posts to that account are cancelled, and we stop reading metrics for it. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you wish.

Leads, contacts, content and media

Delete individual records from the Leads, Content and Media screens. They are removed from view at once and erased permanently after 30 days.

Your whole organisation

  1. Open Settings → Organisation as the owner.
  2. Click Delete organisation and confirm.

All content, media, leads, campaigns, landing pages, connected accounts and tokens are scheduled for permanent deletion, which completes within 30 days. Invoices are retained as required by tax law.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta)

You can also remove MakD.in from your Facebook account. Meta then sends us a signed data-deletion request and we handle it automatically:

  1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find MakD.in and choose Remove.
  3. Tick the option to delete your data, then confirm.

Every Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number that was connected with that Facebook login is disconnected, its tokens are deleted and queued posts are cancelled. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page where you can check the status at any time.

Ask us to delete

If you no longer have access to the account, email privacy@makd.in from the address registered with us, naming the organisation and what you want removed. We verify the request, complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
