Free trial
New organisations start on the free plan with a small monthly allowance of AI credits. No card is needed and nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan.
Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. No calls, no forms.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free plan. Nothing further is charged.
- You can pause a subscription for up to one billing period instead of cancelling.
Refunds
- First paid month or year: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the first payment and have used fewer than 20 AI generations.
- Renewals: not refundable, except where the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons under our control, in which case we refund the affected period pro rata.
- Credit packs: refundable in full within 7 days if none of the credits have been used.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Where tax was collected it is refunded with the fee.
What is not refundable
- Credits already consumed by generations, even if you did not publish the result.
- Costs charged by social platforms, messaging gateways or AI providers you connected with your own keys.
- Accounts terminated for breaching the terms of service.
How to ask
Email support@makd.in from the account owner’s address with the organisation name and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
